On the last Sunday of the month I went into Carcraft Chertsey to look at a few cars. On arrival we were barely though the door and we were jumped on. They did not allow any time to walk around to view cars, basically following us around until I hinted that I maybe liked one car. In minutes, because of the price of the car, it was out and ready to go for a test drive apart from the battery being dead. On the test drive (of less than a mile) it ran out of petrol and again the battery died. After being in the showroom for about 8 hours and feeling a lot of pressure due to the time I had been there, I bought the car. They told me they were going to replace the battery but they did not as it died a couple of days later so I was forced to miss a morning of work. They forgot to give me the spare keys for the car when I left. After various phone calls backwards and forwards and considerable time, they told me they have sent the keys on 3 occasions, it is 3 weeks later and still no keys!



Although the staff seem helpful and willing to get you the best deal, I have recently discovered that despite a massive reduction on the selling price, the car has been sold about £2000 over its value. I would not recommend this place as it overpriced and the sell is harder than is comfortable. Also the customer service once the contract is signed is appalling.
