i loved every minute being in flawless i dont know what some people are on about! i went to the manchester one with my friend and the staff where lovely and the hair and makeup was amazing too. well you are paying 39.99 for all this so i dont see what some people are expecting plus i thought the pictures where gorgeous aswell i looked 20 years younger! in my opinion overall it was amazing day and a few of my friends went down after i recommended it and they enjoyed it aswell
