I first started using the strips about 8 months ago and the results were brilliant!!



instantly noticed a change in the whitness of my teeth. i didnt have any problems with sensitive teeth before i started to use them but now i they have become a little sensitve but only really on the day that i use them.



i purchased the 14 day pack but only used them for a week as i was happy with the result, i now just use the strips every few weeks as a top up and they stil work great.



i drink alot of tea and also smoke so i was very happy that they whitened my teeth. before i found these strips i never would have smiled in photos as i was so consious of how discoloured my teeth were, now every picture i get taken i have the widest grin i can do lol



i would reccommend crest white strips to anyone
