Before the iPhone I never used anything but a Nokia. I hesitated for a while but it is true that once you have the iPhone it becomes your communication hub. The key points for me are its reliability (I have not had a single crash), accuracy and responsiveness of the touch-screen (even with my broad fingers), easier than I thought to carry in the pocket and its simplicity. Only downside is battery life but charging every night is a small price to pay for having a mobile office in your pocket. No longer do I switch on the laptop at home when I just want to check emails, or for something simple on the internet. Most of my CD collection is on the iPhone too. I would have no hesitation in recommending the iPhone.
