I bought my Daisy 880S at academy about 3 years ago. i didn't mount the scope, because i didn't feel the need to. the sights are wonderful, and the gun is very accurate. i recently managed to hit a spray paint bottle at 60 yards from my deer stand. so far, i have killed several squirrels, doves, a quail, and many other small birds with it. 10 pumps never seemed like enough to entertain me, so i usually shoot with 15-20. take it from me, this gun is smokin! it rips through squirrels and drops them out of trees very easily. the exit hole that my Crossman Premier HollowPoints leave is unbelievably big. despite thousands of shots, my 880 is still going strong. Probably because i take very good care of all my guns (constant cleaning, gentle handling, and i actually clean the bore every now and then). it's lightweight and i can carry it through the woods for hours on end. don't let the low price fool you, the Daisy Powerline 880 is a strong little pellet gun! i recommend this gun to anyone wanting a super accurate, lightweight, reliable, gun with loads and loads of stopping power. buy this gun while you still can! you won't regret it.
