ordered flowers for Mothers day,never turned up,spoke to the f...king s..t customer service and told I would have to wait while they await a reply from their florist which they emailed,I asked would it not be quicker picking the phone up! nyway three days later get a email saying they have been delivered driver said their was a sliver car in the drive and that was that.so call seranta and advised i don't own a sliver car or have a drive! told I would have to wait as email florist again..asked if they could please phone me..email received 2 day later saying refund will be given 3-5 days thats it..n o apology or free flowers for ruining my daughters surprise to her mum and ruining my wife's day.Please use a reliable company like inter
