A friend of mine started this site, 22MONKEYS, as an offering to the communities.



There seems to be a few other sites out there now, like the big 'Tree' site, for example, that have simply got money-hungry and greedy and now charge for almost everything you do on-site. In my and his humble opion, thats contrary to what community spirit should be all about. Life is complicated and expensive enough as it is, without still adding burden to it.



SO, as an alternative, 22MONKEYS offers EVERYTHING for free to its users, from posting ads, to replying to ads, in ALL sections, totally FREE.



(Revenue to cover the running costs of 22MONKEYS is generated from Google ads, so as long as everyone 'clicks' the Google ads useful to themselves and noone minds them being on-site, theres no reason to charge anyone else for using the site).



Aside from classified ads, there's also a non-discriminatory Dating section, online games, an info blog, a forum to express your views and have discussions, a soon-to-be review section, and so much more to come as 22MONKEYS grows.



Obviously as its a brand new site, theres not much going on right now, but with YOUR help, itll grow soon enough and Im sure itll become a benefit to the communties in time.



In all, its nicely laid out site, easily navigated, run by really good-spirited friendly guys, and most importantly, its not about emptying your pockets - its about being part of the community.
