“Never had so many problems with any other bank!!!!Card...”

Never had so many problems with any other bank!!!!Card reader is a joke the security is a real carry on.Unable to speak to one of the business directors unless they go into a bank.Tonight they couldnt get into our account telling us our password we have used for over 3 years doesn't work,while we are logged into the account.Never bank with NatWest !!!Called and spoke to someone else the got straight in.How many monkeys are working at customer service.Give us a call center in India any day
