“Within 2 years and not running my Ebac unit over...”

Within 2 years and not running my Ebac unit over summer months...I am now about to send it back for repair for the 4th time! ...same problems ...overheating and stopped collecting water....yes it works like a charm for the first couple of months ...then it starts to get louder with its hum, after that the real problem start...I've asked EBAC for a complete replacement now considering it's the 4th occasion it has broken down ...they refused and only offered yet another repair within it's warranty.

All I can believe is these units must contain cheap unreliable components...I will never buy EBAC again!
