“I have used BA as a short haul and long haul carrier...”

I have used BA as a short haul and long haul carrier for years. I have always found their service to be excellent and the staff have been helpful and friendly. In my personal opinion, is one of the top ten air carriers in the world. However, although this may not be the correct medium to mention this, BA and/or Unite need to realise that in this game it is 1,2, 3 strikes your out. For the first time in ten years, I am seriously considering never using BA again. When I get on a plane, I want to know it will get be there and back, not half way.
