Have owned this bike for about 6 months now, and I have to say the Huoniao HN125-8 is a great little runner!

At first I was a bit put off by the amount of people saying don't touch a Chinese bike, it will fall to bits etc. but I took the plunge and got one and am glad I did.



I bought it from LS Imports (cypruspounds on eBay) and it was delivered quickly and in good condition and assembling it only took a few hours and was a lot of fun.

However their aftercare leaves something to be desired.

It cost £599 & £99 delivery and £70 to reigster it which was simple enough.



It looks good, bigger than a 125 and also sounds bigger than a 125.

It is easily customisable and easy to work on if you're into that sort of thing (as I am!) and it shows around 65 on the speedo at top speed.



Riding it didn't take long to get used to from a scooter I had years ago and it handles well.



I took care of the sidestand switch as soon as I got it and haven't had any problems with it since.



I have set up a forum for anyone with a Chinese motorcycle to get involved with at http://chinesebikeforum.webuda.com/index.php as the original CBF shut down. It has only just been set up but tell your friends and get involved it will be a great place when we get a few members.
