“Second time I used it, it jammed on a 30mm branch...”

Second time I used it, it jammed on a 30mm branch (spec says it will take 40mm). Reversing direction did nothing beyond getting a stuck hum from the motor. I had to literally strip it down to component parts to get the branch out, and when I put it back together, it was dead.



Not fit for purpose - AVOID!
