Fred Olsen admin and marketing are awful. For example their so called 'Superior Outside Cabin' is not superior at all and is in fact very basic.Don't be fooled.
Much worse is the contempt with which they treat the customer.Important documents only arrived at the last minute - even the tickets! Attempts to obtain flight upgrades were blocked and they didn't even provide the details of the final flight home until the day before disembarkation. Nobody on board was prepared to give an explanation - reception and customer services were useless. Many people were rightly furious.In the end we discarded the Fred Olsen flight arrangements home and booked with another airline. Not recommended for the discerning traveller.
