I bought these after reading reviews of best fins for the year. Only used them snorkling and then took up diving. The 100yd test yeilded 32 kicks and the rest of the group took upwards of 40. I had no idea when they asked me to slow down. The funny part was I wasn't even trying. Great fins for boat diving not that easy to remove for shore dives. Highly recommend they have been great.
