I booked a hotel through lastminute.com (3nights)...the region has been snowed in...regional airports are closed and roads are impossible...Talked to a friend you can't get to it anyway (40cms of snow on a D Road in France)... lastminute.com attitude don't care if the hotel agrees to cancellation or change call us...hotel attitude convince lastminute.call...so I ma caught in the middle and lastminute.com will charge my credit card regardless...doubt the hotel gets anything...do not use them...they have no sense of customer service and the attitude on the phone....don't waste the 10p a minure
