“The cabinet was promised as two day delivery, but...”

The cabinet was promised as two day delivery, but subsequently turned up almost a week late. This was after I had chased the supplier two or three times on the phone. In the end it turned up! The cabinet was well packed, surrounded by polystyrene 'bobbles',then placed inside a very large cardboard box. I think the cabinet will suit our needs but I would not have liked to pay the £200.00 I have seen it advertised elsewhere by other suppliers.
