“Bought the She from my hairdresser for £60 11mths ago....”

Bought the She from my hairdresser for £60 11mths ago. i have now found they arent hot enough and have to go over my hair more. My hair isnt shiney and is left very dry. Not nice to use and no steam comes off them. I have tried Kodo straightners and these are much better and cheap.
