“Very bad experience with this company. They messed up...”

Very bad experience with this company. They messed up my account so badly (including cutting off and permanently losing my established business number!) that they promised to use it as an example in training exercises to stop it happening again. Then pursued me for a 'termination fee' when i didn't want resume the service (with a new number) for an additional £100 fee!!!
