“We've had ours for 3 years, had to have it repaired...”

We've had ours for 3 years, had to have it repaired once (£70). Many friends and relatives have borrowed it, so it has had considerable use. It should only be used with Bissell Wash & Protect as it was using other shampoos that caused the need for a repair. It washes well but shampoo is expensive.
