I ordered a Microwave oven from Debenhams on-line service, which was delivered within 2 days..great! Unfortunately the item was not only broken, dented and the door would not close, but it already had a previous customers return note attached to say it was broken!! Phoned them to be told the system was down and I would have to phone them back another day. Sent email complaining and am still awaiting a reply (3 days)...Next stop, Office of Fair Trading and Watchdog!
