Oh dear, having read the reviews below I feel my disappointing experience of their customer service is sadly typical. I have a list of 9 different names of their customer service staff who have all let me down and infuriated me by either lying about the status of my order or not calling back when promising to. I ordered a Goldilocks sofa and beanbag over 5 weeks ago, pretty simple you'd think. Since then: wrong sofa, 2 wrong bean bags, wrong address...nobody cares, they can't even apologise. All a lot of hastle for some kiddy furniture and if I saw the same products elsewhere I'd joyfully cancel my order. Lovely products but I would urge you not to bother with GLTC - I wish I hadn't.
