“Have used Yahoo! mail for a few years with no trouble...”

Have used Yahoo! mail for a few years with no trouble up until the last few months when things have become very glitchy. Can't download or upload attachments at the moment. No response from enquiries to help team.

I was a big advocate & realise that sometimes things @*$# up but I'm running out of patience with their atrocious customer support. Why are communication companies so terrible at it.
