I have been colouring my hair for 20 years and have never been so disappointed in a product. I actually left it on for longer than recommended ( due to demanding children), and it has not covered the grey roots in my hair. I used the Natural Dark Brown colour, and my roots are a very light brown, after using this product, with noticeably grey around my hairline, which is the part I always apply colour to first. It has made my hair feel soft, but I will need to put on another colour in the next week. Would not recommend.
