I felt they were initially polite and helpful, but for me personally, lacked attention to detail and specification.
The company says on its web-site that it will provide a complete specification on request but I feel on this occasion they had no interest in doing so, preferring to refer us to their promise that the car would be as per the current main dealer brochure.
Car delivered did not include the alloy wheel option we selected. We were asked to settle damage in transit with the delivery company.
After 4 months sending emails and phone calls, I claimed my deposit back from Barclay Card under section 75 of the consumer credit act.
If you decide to buy from this company, pay very careful attention to their contract/invoice/order confirmation and insist that they send you a specification confirmation that is very specific.
