I felt they were initially polite and helpful, but for me personally, lacked attention to detail and specification.



The company says on its web-site that it will provide a complete specification on request but I feel on this occasion they had no interest in doing so, preferring to refer us to their promise that the car would be as per the current main dealer brochure.



Car delivered did not include the alloy wheel option we selected. We were asked to settle damage in transit with the delivery company.



After 4 months sending emails and phone calls, I claimed my deposit back from Barclay Card under section 75 of the consumer credit act.



If you decide to buy from this company, pay very careful attention to their contract/invoice/order confirmation and insist that they send you a specification confirmation that is very specific.

Thank you for taking the time to review our company, and your experiences.
<br/>It is unfortunate that on this one occasion we have not been able to meet yours and our own high levels of customer service.
<br/>
<br/>As a business, we pride ourselves on the level of customer service that we offer all our customers and the level of information that we provide each and every customer, including the specifications of the vehicles that we sell, order forms and all documentation that is sent to each customer in reference to a vehicle order.

<br/>During the past 12 months, we have delivered in excess of 600 vehicles to very happy customers, all of which have purchased the car they want and saved a significant amount of money, without a compromise in the level of service that they have recieved.
<br/>
<br/>We can confirm that every single car we have supplied and currently advertise are supplied directly by franchised UK main dealerships, which are carefully selected to ensure that they share our same high levels of customer service. We do not, and never will, sell vehicle imports or cars that are not supplied from franchised uk dealerships.
<br/>
<br/>Our customer services manager has investigated your review and we are aware that the car which was delivered to you, arrived with you without the requested dealer fitted fiat alloy wheels. On many of our vehicles, we offer each customer free driven delivery. When customers choose this option, we never actually see the vehicle before it is delivered to our customer and place our trust in the supplying franchsied car dealership. In this particular instance, we were not aware that the requested dealer fitted alloy wheels were not fitted to your vehicle. As soon as we found this out, we immediatley appologised and offered resolutions to the situation. These included taking the vehicle back immediatley, fitting the wheels at the dealership and re delivering- sending the wheels by same day courier to you and arranging for them to be fitted at your local dealer, or removing the cost of the alloy wheels from your final balance. We believe we did everything possible to remedy this unfortunate situation.

<br/>In addition to offering our customer's free driven delivery on selected cars, we also offer a personal single car transporter delivery service, which is operated by using our own vehicle transporter. This also ensures that we personally see the vehicle AND removes the potential for any stone chips or makrs that could happen on a driven delivery service if the vehicle is been driven a considerable distance.

<br/>We are unable to comment in reference to your claim against your credit card company, with the exception that at no time in the past 12 months have any card issuer implemented a debit back on our account.
<br/>
<br/>We are proud members of the Retail Motor Industrey Federation (R.M.I.F) and operate under the strict guidelines and regulations that are associated with our membership of this federation.
<br/>
<br/>We are sorry that on this occasion our high levels of customer service were not reached and we wish you will with any car purchase that you have now or in the future.
