“This is just a waste of money! No updates available...”

This is just a waste of money! No updates available online and when I contacted Customer Services they informed me I would have to send it back to them at my expense for an update. Like others I found that it tells you that you have arrived at destination and yet you still have a mile to go. Trying to put in an address is a nightmare as it will not accept the post code. Do not bother buying this. If you need a Sat Nav make sure that you can at least update online.
