Booked through expedia. Had a very very bad experience. You can never reach their customer service representative. The site says no booking or cancellation fees, but eventually you end up paying a very high cancellation fee with the airlines.

i work for expedia.co.uk and expedia do not have any cancelation or changes charges, but the airline do which we may have to pass on. its all in the terms and conditions if you read before booking. Thats why its better to ring up and book through an agent because they will read you all the relavent ts and cs. If you also book a flight no matter which company it is they will only refund you taxes which is very little, all flights are non refundable and thats the airline saying that not expedia
