The last two orders from this site have not been delivered on time, the second of which was ordered for a birthday yesterday and I am still waiting.No one so far has answered e mail enquiry as to where the flowers are and a Live Chat on line said it was "circumstances beyond their control" -not good enough. Told them I didn't want their money off voucher for next time as their won't be a next time.
