“i placed an order with arena flowers a week back...”

i placed an order with arena flowers a week back before the delivery date.

the amount of £60.96 was taken from my bank, and still i recieved no flowers. trying to contact them through email no one would reply as if they werent bothered. i am now trying to phone them and i have been waiting for delivery ever since. i am reporting this company to trading standards.this is making me really annoyed if anones knows what to do please suggest something.
