Ordered items via next day delivery. 2 days later I had heard nothing. I called to complain and was told their systems had crashed and my order was still not on the way. I then received an email to tell me that 2 items were sold out.
I called and spoke to a manager but got nowhere then I asked to speak to her manager who apologised and offered a full refund which seemed like the best option.
Overall I was very unhappy with the service I received.
Had I known the service would be this bad I would never have placed an order.
