I am a service engineer for a small company and we only fit glow worm boilers. we have had a few problems with a rubber connection hose which is easily fixed by replacing the steel bands with jubilee clips. We find the glow worm service excellent and they have even attended free of charge outside of warranty, yes the boiler has to be seviced each year to validate the 2year warranty but you shoould have any boiler checked anually for safety. A lot of problems stem from poor installation not the fault of the boiler but we have very few problems from ones we install. we think they are a good range of boiler.
