Went on a head to toe spa day with a couple of girls friends. There was an offer on at the time so we got it at reduced price. There was three treatments included.



we got there about half nine, was greeted and given our robes and directed to the daily changing area. we then had a adviser tell us what was planned for the day, what time our treatments were booked for, time of lunch and the facilities available for us to use during the day.



they had synchronised the treatments so we had them all at the same time, one of my friends was booked in for a pedicure and they found out that she had a veruca so they offered her an alternative treatment.



the lunch was a buffet affair, but they also had a chef making up burritos which was nice. they also had nutritional people available for you to talk to at lunch.



we did a hula hoop class, something i hadn't done in years!



the facilities were great, pool/spa/gym. i think we were too busy catching up on the gossip to put it all to good use though!



A thoroughly enjoyable relaxing day that I would recommend to everyone. We will certainly be going back there again, and again, and again.....
