In November 2007 Perfect Backup emailed me and offered a 1Gb account - "Free for Life". Now they have reduced the capacity on my account to 50mb.

If they have no intention of honoring their pledge they should not make the offer in the first place.

Surprise, surprise, they are not responding to my emails.

I am not being unreasonable - they made the offer and should stand by it.
