John Lewis Review

I have had an horrendous experience purchasing your products through John Lewis online. (14813009) The original order of (3) sku # CW1835 White small corner bins arrived with 2 of the three bins damaged (dents). In addition someone ( JL or SH ?) had fixed large stickers to the front of each bin and by the front I mean across the front of the white surface, these stickers could not be removed without leaving a residual glue . I contacted JL and requested exchange products for the entire order and stressed to them that the replacement bins should not come with the same stickers on them. After many failed attempts to deliver to the correct address I finally received the replacement 3 bins only to discover not only did they have the same stickers on them but 2 or the 3 were damaged, one with a dent and one with the pedal snapped off. In fact only 2 bins from 6 had no damage (other than the sticker), one of the 3 on the second delivery had scratch marks across the white enamel (at the front) and what looks to be dirt beneath the white enamel surface at the rear ! I would suggest that rather than waste my time photographing the above YOU arrange for the collection of the items from Salisbury (delivery address) rather than John Lewis as they have proved inept at delivery and/or collection and more importantly you can see 1st hand the extent of the problems. Please also supply the mechanism I can use to post directly a UK comment against your product on your website. You may wish to amend your online claim of "neatly hides dishes" with regard to your steel frame dish-rack as it clearly does not ! Regards Mr Townsend c.c.
