This company trades under two names, equip4work and Office Furniture online. The furniture range I purchased (Dalton), although sold as "Superior Quality" was a la MFI 1980. The items were delivered on the last minute, and they sent half of the wrong items, the items that were correct had missing fixings. Eventually (3 weeks later) they sent the correct pedestal units, though these did not colour match (gloss instead of silk), and had different handles. Next they sent the replacement handles, though 2 short, but plenty of extra bolts!. They offered to replace the tops of the non-matching units, they sent the wrong ones! The customer service and care is abysmally poor. No call backs, no communications, they appear to simply not care less. I would wholeheartedly avoid this company at all costs. It just isn't worth the phone calls and exasperation attempting to sort out a simple home office setup. Caveat Emptor!
