DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. I USED THIS ON CURLY DRY LONG HAIR AND ENDED UP WITH A MATTED MESS THAT WAS SO BAD THAT THE HAIR DRESSER HAD TO CUT MOST OF MY HAIR OFF. IT DID MORE DAMAGE BY DRYING MY HAIR OUT AND MATTING IT. I AM AFRAID TO WASH MY HAIR BECAUASE AFTER USING THE PRODUCT EVERYTIME I WASH IT PULLS UP AND MATS AGAIN AND IS IMPOSSIBLE TO COMB OUT. THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE PULLED OFF THE MARKET. I PURCHASED IT AT SALLY'S AND PLAN ON WRITING THEM ABOUT HOW MY HAIR WAS RUINED. THE COMPANY SAYS THAT THEY HAVE NEVER HAD THIS COMPLAINT BUT I AM SURE I AM NOT ALONE. BUYER BEWARE.

Hi,I purchase the easy straight product last night,and I followed the instructions to a tee,but when I went to wash it out it matted up real bad in my hair I was so sacred that I immediately washed it out,I know that the instructions stated do not wash out but I panic and did it anyway then I put on the smoothing conditioner waited a few minutes or so then rinsed and
 dried my hair,it took longer than usual
 but for the moment my hair seems
 okay I just wanted to know it anyone
 was experiencing any burning around the edges or in top me
 the scalp?I'm really afraid me what's to be,any suggestions?
