I have been with Barclays for over 40 years and feel that they are dealing with me very shoddily. The only times they ever want to make contact is to tell me how they are increasing my charges and indeed today advised that they now require a personal guarantee for my modest overdraft facilities. I have large mostly ungeared personal assets and it suits me to run a small business overdraft ususally running between 5 and 15% of turnover. I have had enough of them and will now seek to move my business elsewhere. It's a shame that Nationwide do not do business banking otherwise I would have moved to them as I have my main personal accounts are with them. It is always such a hassle to move business accounts but the time has come! If I could give Barclays 0 stars, I would.

Well what do you expect, because barclays are employing mobile phone salesmen, double glazing salesman and any other salesmen you can think of. The so called 'manager' have little or no experience of the finacial world or business for that matter. The basis of employment, is purely to hit number targets and it doesn't matter how that is doen- need I say more.
