I too have been ripped off yet again by AMERICAN GREETINGS MSN ECARDS. I must have given my info for the free card, and now for the 2nd year in a row they have stolen $16.94 from my account. I tried to get it cancelled last year, and thought I was successful, only to check my account today and see they pirated money out of my account yet again, for services I have NEVER USED! My bank tells me JPMORGAN CHASE is their bank and by calling them I can obtain a phone number for A.G. Here is the number for JP MORGAN CHASE in case you need the number for AG too! 813-432-3700( from the sounds of all these replies, alot of folks need to call and turn in AG to BBB for deceptive business practices!) I also wish I could give a rating less than 1 star as in NO STARS...but this system forces me to give at least 1 star :-(
