“Part broke on december. Now middle of feb and still...”

Part broke on december. Now middle of feb and still waiting. Oh and the part was sent out so I was told two weeks ago but allegedly never been in stock. Not sure how they can post out a part that is out of stock.....



Oh and now they want to take the machine away for 10 days....Why?????

Would I ever buy a vax again....no chance.
