Sky is like the worst company ever for me. I received the worst costumer service. The engineer rearranged the installation three times because he always forgot to bring something for the dish installation (like cables!) as i live in a listed building and they had to install the dish on the roof. I decided to cancel my contract after all, because this month was like a nightmare i could not talk to them any more. If you moved at a listed building too or if you work every day ( this was apparently a big problem for me as i was only free on weekends and they usually run out of equipment in the weekends so they cancel the appointment, you are not allowed to work if you want sky!) do not even think about it!
