Overall, I would not recommend Natwest's internet banking.
Good points:
* Full faster payments functionality.
Bad points:
* Main login page is too cluttered - most of the screen space is taken up by advertising. This does not make it easy to see your account.
* To see a statement for my account, I need to click through several screens - nowhere do they just give me a summary (other than the exceedingly brief and useless one on the main page, which just gives about five transactions, and says, e.g. 'card payment', but doesn't tell me where).
* Transfers are very laborious. Not only do I have to click through several screens, but also need to use a card reader. So that means finding where I've put it, and entering my card, PIN, and a code from the website. (Note: having said this, the card reader does, at least, give the perception of extra security.)
Overall: if you want to use internet banking on your account, don't bother with Natwest.
