I ordered a rare rabbit hutch from them at the end of January and I must say I was pretty impressed from start to finish. I had to check the hutch was suitable for my dwarfs and that it would withstand the rigours of the British Weather and the guy I spoke to was really helpful and said they had the hutch there in stock. I could pay with PayPal Express so I didn't have to re-register and my hutch arrived the next day - and it was packed really well.



The account area showed the tracking of my order from start to finish and I even got a shipping number so i could see it moving around the country.
