We had problems leading our five dog pack and purchased a lifetime pack from Barkbusters for four out of five of our dogs.The initial,read only visit they made to us went well,but we had serious problems with one of our dogs becoming confused and anxious with the new regime.We contacted barkbusters who gave support over the phone but have not been to see us nor contacted us since even for a chat.

I feel totally let down by this service and feel that I was not honestly informed about how minimal that lifetime service I was paying for was,and with four dogs it was expensive for what little we have recieved.

It seems that most people are happy with Barkbusters but I feel people need to have an honest appraisal a while after the trainers have left.Very,very dissappointed
