This company want taking to court to pay back the money they have taken from unsuspecting desperate customers like us.Borrowed £28000 only to be charged another £8000 for 5 year Payment Protection Insurance(doesn't even cover half of term of loan).Absolutely disgusted with attitude of staff when challenged about it.Now been waiting nearly 3 years for financial ombudsman to build a case and still awaiting a decision to get our money back.

Nemo should be taken to court to STOP TRADING FULL STOP They ruin people's lives. There must be away to stop these people. And NOW.

How do we take them to court they a with the FCA and they are legal. So we have no chance. The papers should know about them.
