As above, the door began to get stiff and reluctant to open smoothly,christmas day it went altogether and as above the door refused to open. My food was inside aaarrrrr...!!! I unplugged at mains opened up the case to find that the big black plastic thingy.?? had snapped this is what opens the door. I was very annoyed that a very good microwave had now lost its use because of a badly designed door opener fixture. no serial number to try to buy anew one. so my microwave is dead.! shame because it never gave any problems I thought it was easy to clean and maintained a lovely shine of stainless steer through out. pity
