Everyone had to accept Windows Vista was a complete failure, even Bill Gates says this himself. This new OS however is beyond a failure it's so intuitive and still has the cosmetic appeal of Vista, but without the issues. I like the little features like the snap feature which allow you look at two documents side by side and the way the computer almost makes you feel that you are using a Mac and not a PC. It's simple to use, the software issues have gone and it is generally faster and easy to use. I would however have liked to know if they dealt with the hardware issue which Vista but for the last 6 months it's been a god's sent to me. Overall a good product, but only time will tell if they dealt with their hardware issue. It's basically a Mac for under £500. Genius, Microsoft can give themselves a pat on the back.
