For the 2nd time in 2 years Air Transat has ruined our vacation during our return. First of all we were to be picked up at our resort and taken to the Punta Cana airport. The bus that was sent by Transat was too small to accomodate all the guests and it by the time I sorted it out we came very close to missing our flight. The flight attendant was bordering on being downright rude. Asked for white wine with dinner and never even saw the flight attendant again. At Toronto airport it took almost 2 hours to get our luggage off the plane for the second year in a row. The excuse both times was that the cargo door was frozen. After the customer service representative made this announcement he promptly ran away for over an hour.
If the frozen door was an issue with this type Airbus 330 I have to ask why was it was not fixed last year. Other A330 which arrived did not have this issue. I beleive that we were lied to and they just dont' care. We travelled with a group of 24 people who have vowed not to fly Air Transat again. Yes, you get what you pay for but we are not cattle!
