Read bad reviews, read all the restrictions and was delightfully suprised at the ease of travel and service of staff. This is no frills flying. If there is something comfortable or helpful they have figured out how to charge for it. If you know this and are aware of the baggage restrictions then your ok. There is no margin for check in baggage, they were hard and fast about that rule. I was afraid of the weight limit for carry-on luggage but no one checked. The staff were efficient and helpful. We brought our own food and drinks so we did not feel trapped into buying the outrageously priced "food" on our 4.5 hour flight. I wish I had known that the chairs did not recline which made me feel all the more that I was saving money. I assume they will figure out how to sell that as well (5 pounds to recline for an hour). All in all I was ready for the worst but satisfied with the service and price.
