DEBENHAMS ...what can i say after visiting oxford street branch today i had the worst experience of my life ...i got the wrong receipt of refunded dress to exchange another which i made mistake as they were both the same dresses with same coded number ..they accused me of stealing it AND being doggy ..security accused me of that ..threatening to call police as saying we got CCTV of u refunding the dress how come u do have it now..they were rude they made me sick..they security man was very abusive at the end he took my dress me till i prove i didnt steal it ..iam not keeping quite on this and all the humiliation i received at their store hope every1 goes to another branch and they lose money after i spend all my money shopping there they accuse me of stealing cheap dress its unacceptable at all.. basically their staff must dont have knowledge that same dresses can have same numbers ...i was kept for 2 hours like a thief having security men watching me ..what a bad day unbelievable..
