As a career consultant, I have carried out a comparative study of different job web sites to determine their merits and demerits. During this study I was greatly impressed by EmploymentCrossing due to its unique qualities. With its huge and well-researched job resources and all-encompassing coverage of different disciplines and job categories, the site is very well endowed. In comparison, resources of most other job sites depending solely upon job postings from employers for a fee appear to be limited and sketchy. On the strength of my studies, I have been recommending this site to my clients for their job search and they have reported remarkable success. In my experience, EmploymentCrossing works splendidly.
