After my dog died on Christmas day M & S refused to pay the cremation bill and also would not pay out any benefits on the policy because of the " Loan Agreement" i cancelled my Direct Debit before the next payment was due in January. i had the top rated policy which included Death by Illness. For the last 16 months of his life he suffered Cardio myopathy and the premiums doubled i was paying £89.99 per month.
